​Troubleshooting
​If you're having issues, do not have all your apps open. You may even want to restart when you first start Healy if you're having issues.

As with most apps on the smart phone, if it's not working like the videos, just quit out of the program and start all anew. That usually clears up everything. It's like a reset. If that doesn't work, shut down the phone and power up. Then start again.

If you're having a hard time turning on your Healy.
With some of the Healys, at first it's hard to turn on. That will get better over time.

If you see black like figure 4.1.6, like picture below, that means it's not working. Check that the electrodes are on securely, the "pins" from the cords are plugged into the Healy tightly. Usually that takes care of it. If not, then try putting a little water on the inside of the bracelet electrodes to get more conductivity. Also, make sure you are hydrated.

My analysis app isn’t connecting via Bluetooth. Says it’s not finding the device. The Healy app connected fine.
Delete the resonance app and re download it.
