NOTE: Please charge your Healy before using. The green light will go on when you plug it in. Do not use until the green light goes off. Minimum 90 min. (Use your Smartphone's USB Plug.) However, others say to charge it a full 14 hours for only the first time you use it.

BEFORE you use the HEALY:
1-Drink Water. Extra hydration is vital for great results. A general rule of thumb is to drink more than 1/2 oz of water per pound of body weight per day (e.g. more than 60 oz of water for a 120 pound person). Most people are dehydrated. Drink water before and during a session. You can add electrolytes if you like.
2-Breathe. Take a few deep, slow breaths to become more centered and present.
3-Set your intention. Your intention may be as simple as “to relax”, “to let go of pain," “mental clarity.”
You are using with a powerful tool that is enabling you to connect to higher consciousness. Be mindful every time you use your Healy.
4-Track your progress. Write down your health challenges on a scale of 1-10 and take a photo of any areas of focus.
Using the HEALY:
1-Turn Healy on (press button in center, green light blinks).
2-Open the Healy App and click on the Gold Program of Choice. It is recommended to use PURE first. Then CARE or use RELEASE if you're in pain.
Tip: If you are new to Frequencies or sensitive, use only one program on Day 1. Use one the next day and see how you feel. Go slow. Use two programs after a few days.
Start slow and work up to a maximum of 3-4 programs per day. If you're fragile or have health issues, you may want to use less programs per day.
*If you are experiencing local pain, then obviously this is a priority. Use the Local Pain program with the pads to direct the energy to the area of pain.
A general guide is to use Healy for 3-4 days, then take a day off.
3-Connect the Electrodes according to the diagram on screen (pads or wrist) to you and the Healy.
4-Press the “+” or "minus" to increase the percentage until you feel it. Using it at 100% does not equate to a more effective session. Experts in frequencies say to keep it at 15 to 30. Less is more. One expert said, "If you are feeling it, it is not microcurrent." I usually keep mine on 15, 20, or 25. Experiment with the numbers to find what's right for you.
Tip: Bluetooth must be on.
Tip: Connection challenges have been easily fixed by closing the app, and restarting the app. So if t's slow, simply quite the app and restart it. If you're still having issues, quit your phone and restart. That usually fixes it. If not, then turn bluetooth off and on, or reinstall the app. If you are still stuck, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Tip: Dehydrated? (The line stays black) LIGHTLY mist the skin or the inside of the wrist bracelets with water.
Note: Only one program is downloaded at a time from the encrypted secure cloud. The last program will be on your phone when you start again.
5. Start s-l-o-w-l-y. I know you'll want to run a lot of programs because you're so excited to try them all, like I did. However, don't do that. You don't want to overdose with the Healy, especially if you have health challenges. Like with any supplementation, go slowly and build up. If you have chronic health issues, start with 1 program a day.
Simply start with with the Gold programs for the first week. Start with PURE from the Gold program. Later on you could do RELEASE, also from the Gold program. Use the gold program for the first week to get your body used to the frequencies. (PURE can create detox.)
The second week you can build up to two gold programs and one program of your choice. Don't use too close to bedtime, unless it's a sleep program, since some Healy programs give you energy.
6. DOCUMENT your sessions—what you did and the results. Rate your pain, moods, sleep, and other issues from a 1 to 10 scale. Later on, you'll have it as a reference to compare it with previous results.
Remember to drink water! Lots of it.
7. Use the GOLD programs for 1 to 2 weeks or longer, then move into the Resonance app. Training on next web page under training menu.

NOTE: If you see black like figure 4.1.6 picture below, it's not conducting energy.
Solutions that will fix it (if it still stays black, go to the next step):
- Make sure that the electrodes are on securely.
- Make sure the "pins" from the cords are plugged into the Healy tightly.
- Tighten your wrist bands a little. Usually, that takes care of it. If not,
- Try putting a little water (even saltwater is better if you wish to use it) on the inside of the bracelet electrodes to get more conductivity. You can also make a spray by dissolving Epsom salts in water.
- Also, make sure you are hydrated. Drink more water.
- If you're using the sticky pads, put water around the metal where the connectors attach.
- If you're not using the pads for a specific pain area, put the pads on your wrists' inside for more conductivity. (You can also try them on the palms of your hands.)
